Tour of Community Action Agency

Discover how local programs make a difference in our community during a special visit to Community Action Agency. Founded in 1971, this nonprofit organization is dedicated to building partnerships, strengthening families, and alleviating the causes and conditions of poverty. Participants will tour the facility, learn about services that support individuals and families in need, and gain insight into programs such as energy assistance, early childhood education, food assistance, housing support, and family development. This behind-the-scenes experience with Katie Logan, Development Director, offers a deeper understanding of the agency’s mission and its impact on the Siouxland community.
