Western Iowa Tech strives to make reasonable accommodations for eligible persons with disabilities to ensure equal and fair access to programs, educational opportunities and activities.
If you are a person with disabilities wishing to attend Western Iowa Tech, please complete the accommodation request form below. You will be asked to provide current documentation of the disability(ies) from a qualified professional or organization.
PLEASE NOTE: Some courses or programs may require students to complete assessments administered by external or third-party vendors (e.g., certification exams, licensure tests, or publisher-provided platforms). While Western Iowa Tech is committed to providing approved accommodations in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), accommodations for third-party administered assessments are subject to the policies and procedures of the external testing provider.
In such cases, Western Iowa Tech cannot guarantee that all approved accommodations will be implemented for assessments delivered or controlled by third-party providers.
