This program prepares the student to perform a wide range of computer PC troubleshooting and maintenance. Students will also be trained to perform entry-level LAN network troubleshooting, diagnosis, network monitoring, and maintenance of LAN networks. Students also receive hands-on training with various computer applications and hardware.

All students must attend the summer Program Orientation, or must meet/contact their Computer Support Technician program advisor prior to taking their first course.
All part-time students must meet with a Computer Support Technician program advisor to develop a sequential Plan of Study prior to taking their first course. (failure to do so may result in the student taking longer to complete the program)
Students must take their program core courses in sequence, and during the same semester as is reflected on the published Plan of Study.
