Job Description
5-15 hours per week- $10.00 per hour 

Social Media and Outreach

Assist with promoting campus events, programs, and student engagement opportunities through social media platforms and campus communication channels. Create content, take photos at events, help maintain online calendars, and support outreach efforts to increase student involvement.

Campus Clubs and Activities 

Support student clubs and organizations by assisting with meetings, event planning, club communications, and recruitment activities. Help maintain club records, prepare materials for events, and encourage student participation in campus organizations.

Activity Event Support 

Provide hands-on support for campus events and activities. Responsibilities include event setup and teardown, distributing materials, assisting participants, monitoring activity spaces, and helping ensure events run smoothly and safely.

Campus Outreach Support 

Assist with outreach efforts that connect students to campus resources, programs, and activities. Help distribute promotional materials, engage with students during campus events, provide information about student services, and support special engagement initiatives.

Intramural Activities

Assist with organizing and facilitating intramural sports and recreational activities. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, tracking participation, assisting officials and participants, maintaining equipment inventory, and promoting sportsmanship and student involvement in recreational programs.
