This program prepares individuals to practice the profession of accounting and to perform related business functions. Students must earn a "C" or better in all core courses before participating in an internship, service learning, or on-the-job training. A "C" or better in all core courses is also required for graduation.
NOTE: If students choose to volunteer with VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) to meet their Service Learning requirement, they must have already taken ACC 261 Income Tax Accounting or be taking in concurrently in the Spring semester. VITA will require a weekly commitment during tax season. Join the WITCC Accounting Club and have some fun!
