They must be a full-time or GED student. 3. They must have and maintain a 2.0 G.P.A. 4. The student cannot own a vehicle. In addition to the above criteria, the student must submit this application along with a 250-word essay on "How you will use this bus pass toward your completion at Western Iowa Tech Community College."
