Western Iowa Tech has received notification from the Department of Education indicating you are in default on a federal student loan. You are not eligible to receive any federal student aid, grants or loans, until your default has been resolved. Refer to your Student Aid Report online at https://studentaid.gov/ for more detailed information or log onto nslds.ed.gov for lender/servicer contact information. Once you have rehabilitated your defaulted status or made satisfactory arrangements with the lender, provide a letter from the Department of Education confirming you are eligible to receive Federal financial aid.
