The birth date you listed on the FAFSA does not match the Social Security Administration’s records. Before Western Iowa Tech can continue to process your Federal financial aid you must go to the FAFSA web site at www.fafsa.gov and provide or verify (re-enter) this information. If the information on the FAFSA is correct please provide a copy of your birth certificate to the Financial Aid Office.
