Parent Social Security Card

Western Iowa Tech has received your FAFSA however there appears to be a discrepancy with your parent's reported social security number(s), Date of Birth and/or Name.  In order to resolve this issue please refer to your Student Aid Report (SAR) online at www.fafsa.gov and make the appropriate corrections.  After you have made the correction the Department of Education will electronically send us your corrected information and we will re-review your financial aid status.  If the social security number reported on the FAFSA is correct provide a copy of their social security card to the Financial Aid Office by fax at 712.274.6470 or drop if off in Admissions located on campus.
