If you are not required to file a federal tax return you must submit both a 2021 IRS Non-Filing letter and a 2021 IRS Wage and Income Summary Form. To request your Federal tax documents online:

  1. Go to www.irs.gov
  2. Click on "Get Your Tax Record"
    To request your transcript be mailed contact the IRS at 800-908-9946 or complete the 4506-T form and mail directly to the IRS.  NOTE:  This may take 4-6 weeks.
    Submit these form(s) and other supporting documents (if needed) to Student Financial Services by fax to 712-274-6470 or drop them off in Student Financial Services located on campus.
