Sexual Assault - a physical sexual assault on ANY individual against their will and/or if the person is incapable of giving consent
Domestic Violence - violence against a current or former spouse or cohabitant, or a person otherwise protected under domestic or family violence laws
Dating Violence - violence against a person who has been in a romantic or intimate relationship with their attacker (determined by length of relationship, type, and frequency)
Stalking - behavior which may cause a reasonable person to fear for their's or another person's safety, or causes substantial emotional stress
Sexual Harassment - conduct severe enough, persistent enough, or widespread enough to limit your ability to participate in or benefit from your education program or creates a hostile or abusive environment.
