Western Iowa Tech Community College will host its 3rd Annual Festival of Nations on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, in the Rocklin Center (room B174) on the main campus at 4647 Stone Avenue in Sioux City, Iowa.
This event is open to the public as well as WITCC faculty, staff and student body with an entrance fee of $3.00. The entrance fee covers partaking in an array of delicious treats from various international food booths as well as viewing fun performances of music, dance and dress from the College’s English language learners, international students and staff representing more than 30 countries.
In addition, attendees can enjoy a dance troupe from the Omaha Native American community and a local dance troupe, Estrellas de Jalisco, both of which will be performing several times throughout the event.
Last year’s event was enjoyed by over 500 attendees.
