STEADY YOUR STRIDE - BALANCE CLASS

Many falls can be prevented. Exercise is one of the best ways to improve balance and lower your chances of falling. Among older adults, about one out of ten falls result in a serious injury that require hospitalization. This class will work on improving balance to reduce fall-related risk and promote healthier, independent lifestyles.
