When I contacted Western Iowa Tech three years ago, I was searching for training that would enhance our leadership teams knowledge and skills here at Mid-Step Services. We have gotten received so much more. Carmen and Rebbel have uniquely identified real life leadership experiences and issues that management face on a day-to-day basis.
