This class is designed specifically for individuals 65+ years of age to help improve energy, strength, balance and stamina. Increase in all these factors helps a person keep their independence, perform their daily activities and reduce their risk of injuries (from falls). The Senior Strength Circuit will work on balance and strengthening all major muscle groups in a fun and supportive setting. Emphasis will be placed on proper weight lifting posture and class sizes are small so everyone receives feedback from the instructor. WITCC I.D. required.

This course studies frame and unibody construction, automotive design and frame damage analysis. The course covers the proper use of alignment equipment, frame gauges and frame repair procedures used to do repairs. The use of frame straightening equipment is demonstrated and put into practice. Training includes suspension parts that are commonly damaged in a collision. Suspension emphasis is on how a misaligned body structure can affect wheel alignment.
