The Beltway Center, located at the corner of Highway 75 North and Outer Drive, houses the majority of the transportation classes at WITCC. Besides the popular truck driving course, a motorcycle safety course runs during summer months as well as moped safety and teen drivers ed.

The BRC - (Updated) course, a novice rider course, teaches the basics of motorcycle operation: straight-line riding, turning, shifting, and stopping. After the basics, more advanced skills are learned and practiced: minimum space maneuvering, maximum braking, swerving, etc. Successful completion of the course results in your being exempted from riding the licensing skill test conducted by the DOT. Also a number of insurance companies provide a premium discount for satisfactory completion.
