The Security Institute is designed to provide students and professional responders with training in real-time, real-world conditions of crisis. It houses state-of-the-art WITCC programs as well as the Woodbury County/Sioux City Emergency Operations Center and the Woodbury County 911 Communications Center. TSI houses the networking, computer forensics and digital crime programs.
