The IT Help Desk hours are:
- 7am - 8pm Monday - Thursday
- 7am - 5pm Friday
- 8am - 12 pm Saturday
The main IT Help Desk can be reached by calling ext. 1461 from campus or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and is located in room A248. There is also a Help Desk station in the Library next to the open lab.
The IT Help Desk is there to assist you with any issues including but not limited to the following:
- my.witcc.edu student accounts
- logging in to campus computers
- campus printers
- classroom technology
- special event AV setup
- internet connectivity on campus (including the dorms)
