The IT Help Desk hours are:

  • 7am - 8pm Monday - Thursday
  • 7am - 5pm Friday
  • 8am - 12 pm Saturday

The main IT Help Desk can be reached by calling ext. 1461 from campus or emailing helpdesk@witcc.edu and is located in room A248. There is also a Help Desk station in the Library next to the open lab.

The IT Help Desk is there to assist you with any issues including but not limited to the following:

  • my.witcc.edu student accounts
  • logging in to campus computers
  • campus printers
  • classroom technology
  • special event AV setup
  • internet connectivity on campus (including the dorms)
