"Build Your Own" Sandwich Bar

     An assortment of freshly shaved meats, sliced cheeses, lettuce, tomato, onion, and assorted condiments. Accompaniments of fresh breads and rolls accent your buffet table. We'll add salad and chips to your "building blocks." Also included:  coffee, iced tea and ice water.  Add $.50 per croissant if you choose to add to, or substitute for, the above.

Salad Buffets
$9.50 per person
     Tossed green salad with dressings, choice of chicken, tuna or egg salad, pasta salad, fruit salad, assorted breads, condiments, punch or lemonade, coffee and ice water.  Add $.50 per croissant if you want to add them to your order.

Soup and Salad
$6.75 per person
     Homemade soup of the day, tossed green salad with your choice of dressings, and a basket of rolls and assorted crackers.  Include bread bowl for an extra $1.00 per person.  Includes:  coffee, ice tea, and ice water.

Soup-Salad-Sandwich
$9.00 per person
     Add a pre-made sandwich (your choice of ham and cheese, turkey and cheese, or roast beef and cheese, or combination) to the above. Includes coffee, ice tea and ice water.  Add $.50 per croissant if you add them to or in place of the bread.

The Red Checkered Buffet
$9.00 per person
     Includes plenty of made to order pizza, tossed salad with your choice of dressings, garlic bread and coffee, ice tea, and ice water.  (We figure two pieces of pizza per person.)

"VIP" Box Lunch
$7.25 per person
     Includes a deluxe sandwich with condiments, cookie, apple or orange, chips and pop. The following are the sandwich choices: Roast Beef and Cheese, Turkey and Cheese, Ham and Cheese.

Wrap It Up
$7.25 per person
     Includes a wrap with your choice of meat (ham, turkey or roast beef) in either a plain or vegetable tortilla rolled up with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.  All condiments are provided.  Served with your choice of the Soup de Jour or tossed green salad with dressings.  Includes coffee, ice tea and ice water.

One Meat Buffet

     Served with 1 meat selection, 1 vegetable, 1 salad, 1 potato, roll and margarine. Includes coffee, ice tea and ice water.

Two Meat Buffet
$13.00 per person
     Served with 2 meat selections, 1 vegetable, 1 salad, 1 potato, roll and margarine. Includes coffee, ice tea and ice water.

Three Meat Buffet
$14.25 per person
     Served with 3 meat selections, 2 vegetable selections, 2 salad selections, 1 potato, roll and margarine. Includes coffee, ice tea and ice water.

Selections are as follows:

 

Meat:Roast beef; turkey; roast pork; Swiss steak; meat loaf with brown gravy; baked lemon pepper chicken breast; baked white fish with lemon wedge or fried chicken.

Vegetables: Corn; green beans; mixed vegetables; peas and carrots; California blend; baked beans; glazed baby carrots.

Potatoes:Parsley baby potatoes; Mashed potatoes and gravy; Au gratin potatoes; Scalloped potatoes; Hash brown potatoes; Baked (add .75 per person)

Salads:Tossed with assorted dressings; pea salad with cheese; spaghetti salad; potato salad; coleslaw.  (Other salad options are available upon request).

These buffets are serviced with styro-foam plates, heavy-duty plastic-ware, and paper napkins.
