1. Housing Information and Occupancy & Dining Agreement
You can pick up housing information and the Occupancy & Dining Agreement from the Housing Office at Sun Ridge Court, the Front Desk at Bur Oak Suites or the Admissions & Advising Office on main campus.  You may also print the Occupancy & Dining Agreement as well as the Acceptance Form online by clicking the links.
  2. Read the Information Carefully
The Occupancy & Dining Agreement contains important information such as policies, procedures, and refund information.  You are responsible for knowing and abiding by all provisions and conditions of the agreement.
  3. Fill Out the Occupancy & Dining Agreement Acceptance Form and Return It
Please complete the form entirely.  Return the form along with the $145 combined application fee and deposit to the address listed on the form.  It is recommended that you request a room at least one semester prior to enrolling in WITCC.  It’s best to request housing at the same time you apply for admission to the College.
  4. Room Assignments
Rooms are assigned based on the date the Occupancy & Dining Agreement Acceptance Form is received and availability.  The sooner you return this form along with the $145, the better chance you have of getting your first preference.  It’s important to note while every effort is made to accommodate your preferences, you are simply reserving a space in housing and may not get your first choice.
  5. Move In Information
Once your acceptance form is received in the housing office, information will be sent to you regarding move-in dates, roommate information, what to bring, and your new address/telephone number.  Keep in mind that you may not receive this letter right away, depending on when you turn your form in.  Information for a fall move-in is sent during the summer months, while information for spring semester move-in is sent sometime in the fall.
