CBT, or Computer Based Training, are hybrid courses in which the theory is learned via computer and the hands-on portion is with a certified instructor. The courses begin with the basics and lead to a more comprehensive understanding of the skills taught in the course.

Teaches workers how HVAC&R components work together and how regular maintenance will help ensure operating effeciency. This is designed to give technicians a detailed understanding of air handlers, cooling systems and towers, condensers and electrical systems, as well as an overview of basic troubleshooting techniques.
